Class Absence and Withdrawal Policy
 

Absence and Credit Policy (Applicable to all students)

If you will be absent, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Credit per missed class is calculated based on your enrollment plan.
Single session enrollment (8 classes, 304 dollars): 38 dollars per class.
Full-season promotional package (3 sessions, 24 classes, 912 dollars): 38 dollars per class.
 

If absence notice is given less than 24 hours in advance or no notice is given, the class will be considered used. No credit or make-up will be provided.
 

For emergencies or serious illness, please contact us. Situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 

All credits must be used by December 31, 2025. Credits can be applied to any Manta Shark Aquatics program. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.
 

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Single Session Enrollment
8 classes, 304 dollars per session

Once the session begins, no refunds will be provided.

Unused classes may be converted into credit at 38 dollars per class.

All credits must be used by December 31, 2025. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to this credit policy.

Full-Season Promotional Package
3 sessions, 24 classes total, 912 dollars

Completed classes will be charged at  dollars per class.

For sessions in progress, missed classes may be converted into 38 dollar credit per class, up to a maximum of 304 dollars per session.
 

Any full session not yet started will be refunded at the per-session value of 304 dollars.

The combined total of credit and refund cannot exceed the original payment of 912 dollars.
