Class Absence and Withdrawal Policy
 

Absence and Credit Policy (Applicable to All Students)
 

If a student needs to be absent, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance. If the absence is notified in time, the missed class can be converted into credit based on the enrollment plan: Single session enrollment ($384 / 8 classes): $48 credit per class Four-session promotional plan ($1,305 / 32 classes): $41 credit per class (original calculation: $40.78) If notice is given less than 24 hours in advance (or the student is absent without notice), the class will be considered used. No credit or make-up will be provided. In cases of serious illness or emergency, please contact us. We will review on a case-by-case basis. Credit must be used before December 31, 2025. It can be applied to any Manta Shark program. Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.
 

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
 

Single Session Enrollment
This policy applies to students who enrolled in a single session (8 classes, total $384). If the student withdraws during the session:
 

Once the session has started, no refund will be provided.
Unused classes can be converted into credit at $48 per class.
 

Credit must be used before December 31, 2025, and can be applied to any Manta Shark Aquatics program. Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the credit policy for single session enrollment.

Promotional Package Enrollment
This policy applies to students who enrolled in the four-session promotional package (total $1,305). If the student withdraws during the program:

All completed classes will be charged at $48 per class and deducted from the total payment. For the current session in progress (already started but not completed), any unattended classes may be converted into credit at $48 per class. The total credit for the session cannot exceed $326.25.

Any full sessions not yet started will be refunded at the promotional rate of $326.25 per session. The combined total of credit and refund cannot exceed the original payment of $1,305.Credit must be used before December 31, 2025, and can be applied to any Manta Shark Aquatics program. Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-extendable.

By registering, you acknowledge and agree to the refund and credit policy for the promotional package.
